What was the highlight of Novotel Paris Centre Tour Eiffel
Great for a short stay with parking in the centre of Paris!
Customer service is awesome! Very receptive to the children and accommodating to our needs.
Tea and coffee facilities were mediocre in the room! No milk or proper cups. The bathroom sink plug was faulty and didn’t drain the water.

What was the highlight of Novotel Paris Centre Tour Eiffel
It was fine. Clean and safe. Would not stay again.
The sofa pullout bed had a huge dip in it. The room was way too warm and you couldn’t open a window to let cool air in. The elevators were not great. Several times we got on to go up but the elevator forgot all the floors it was supposed to stop at, so it just went to the top and then back down. Then because it’s a complicated fancy setup, you have to get off the elevator and recipe your card. It also took a long time to get down in the morning. I think the room key only counts on one person so then a family will fill it up. Then when the elevator opens on your floor it’s totally full. We had to wait on 5 different elevators to finally get downstairs from the 19th floor.

For me, the price does not match the level and quality of service.
During check-in, they couldn’t provide the keys right away, and we had to call multiple times. The biggest inconvenience was the elevators. We had to wait for them for 10-15 minutes, and once inside, they stopped at every floor, which was quite frustrating. The shower was leaking. On the positive side: • Comfortable bed and pillows • Bathtub available • Good soundproofing

What was the highlight of Novotel Paris Centre Tour Eiffel
The stay at the hotel was ok - not wow
The location is nice and in general my stay was ok, Breakfast was ok.
The room needs renovation. The carpet was dirty and the room had a very strange WC - there was only toilet seat and nothing else so no possibility to wash hands. Also access to the shower was behind the door of the bathroom so I had to squeeze into the shower. I paid for a view, but didn´t get any.
